With the vibe of a Yallingup beach house and a high-end designer pallet, Bacic Group has unveiled its latest custom build, set into the hillside among the treetops of Wembley Downs.

 

We are renowned for our ability to tame a challenging block and this latest creation delivers a stunning architectural home, designed to showcase a view from every room and built with uncompromising attention to detail.

 

What’s unique about this design is every room opens up to the outdoors whether it’s a deck, garden or private courtyard. The custom detailing is evident throughout from the German engineered kitchen and concrete cantilevered entry steps to the designer blown glass pendants.

 

Most of the structure was built using bWall, Bacic Group’s exclusive insulated concrete walling system.

 

Using bWall meant we could retain the entire block, including the basement, and complete the build in less than six months. 

 

Concrete delivers lower life-cycle costs than many other materials by minimising ongoing repairs and maintenance. It lasts. This is the stuff the Romans built their empire with. Insulated concrete walls are also thermally and acoustically superior to brick.

 

It’s a system that’s quickly becoming more accessible and affordable for the general public.
